This handcrafted, bead embroidered collar was inspired by a wonderful pink fizzy confection that I used to adore as a child.
The focal cabochons are handcrafted from polymer clay. They are surrounded by a sweet array of rose quartz, strawberry quartz, pink and cream freshwater pearls, Rhodonite and Swarovski crystals.
The clasp is an antiqued metal hook and eye clasp attached to another polymer clay cabochon. It is an heirloom piece, all hand crafted, each bead individually stitched (or in the case of the central focal , glued) onto backing fabric. The entire piece is then backed with ultrasuede, which is a beautifully soft but resilient man-made fabric that does not fray.
